This die is a mechatronic carbide multi-station progressive die for motor core automatic lamination, with an accuracy of 2μm, a step accuracy of 3μm, a block accuracy of 1μm, a double rotation accuracy of 1', a surface roughness of Ra0.10~0.40μm, and a die frame parallelism of 0.01 mm/1000mm. The die is used on a high-speed punch press at 300~500 times per minute, and has functions such as automatic stamping, lamination, twisting groove, grouping, and rotation.
