Then this spindle, we chose two high-speed spindle of 60,000 RPM, the spindle runout is within 3 μ, so when it drills tiny holes, the tiny drill bit is not easy to swing, and it is not easy to break.

The spindle comes with a water cooling cycle, the spindle automatically cools, and the machine tool we have also done a pressure monitoring, that when the worker starts the machine forgot to turn on the water cooler, or when the air source pressure of our intake is insufficient, the machine tool will automatically alarm to stop processing.

Then we will talk about its processing range, this spindle we are generally for 0.2-4mm within a hole diameter, whether it is aluminum, stainless steel, stainless iron or some better processing of light PVC materials can be processed.

Take the product of our customer as an example. His product is a 1mm thick aluminum plate with 1.0mm small holes drilled. When our two spindles are processed at the same time, about six holes can be reached per second without any burrs.

The specific processing speed and effect are matched with the processing parameters according to the customer's products. If you have any products to be processed, you can send the small holes to our factory to make samples, and then look at the efficiency and compare it.
