The intelligent CNC biaxial chamfering machine adopts double spindle matching, spindle 1 accurately detects the position of the original aperture and the height of the product, and the detected data is fed back to the CNC system to compensate the program.

Spindle 2 is chamfered according to the processing program after detection compensation. After one-to-one detection, chamfering can ensure that the size of each aperture and chamfering depth are consistent.

In terms of efficiency, we use two sets of numerical control systems to control two groups of detection + chamfering spindles, and process four products at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.

The lubrication system of each axis of the intelligent CNC biaxial chamfining machine is regularly and quantitatively lubricated, which can adjust the oil supply cycle and oil supply at each lubrication point, avoiding manual refueling to achieve maintenance-free;

The selected cnc machining center numerical control system supports a variety of programming methods, and supports the import of CAD drawing files to automatically generate processing programs, and the factory no longer needs to hire professional programmers. The system can store tens of thousands of processing programs.

Before the factory, the whole machine uses the API laser interferometer imported from the United States to detect the accuracy and compensate to ensure that the accuracy of the whole machine is controlled within 0.02mm.
