This CNC drilling, tapping and milling integrated machine is suitable for automatic drilling, tapping, chamfering and milling of metal products. The effective processing stroke is 4000mm on the X-axis * 300mm on the Y-axis * 200mm on the Z-axis, and the drilling and tapping capacity is between M3 and M16. When the CNC drilling, tapping and milling integrated machine is in operation, the spindle performs X/Y/Z three-axis linkage, while the base worktable remains stationary, making the stability of the entire machine tool stronger.

The cnc five-axis machining center system selected for the CNC drilling, tapping and milling integrated machine supports multiple programming methods. At the same time, it supports the import of CAD drawing files to automatically generate processing programs. There is no need for professional programmers, effectively saving labor costs. The servo motor is directly connected to the tool changing action, making tool changing time-saving and convenient. The tool magazine can hold 10 tools of different specifications.

The worktable of the CNC drilling, tapping and milling integrated machine is designed with three T-shaped grooves, which can adapt to products of different shapes. All kinds of irregular parts or structural parts can be processed universally.

All the transmission shafts of the entire machine are controlled by absolute value servo motors. The lead screws and guide rails are selected from the HIWON brand in Taiwan, which is highly stable. Each transmission shaft is equipped with an automatic lubricating oil pump. The system supplies oil at regular intervals and in fixed quantities, eliminating the need for manual maintenance.

Before leaving the factory, the CNC drilling, tapping and milling integrated machine is tested for accuracy with an imported API laser from the United States and then compensated. The repeat positioning accuracy of the entire machine is controlled within 0.02mm. After sample processing, a 48-hour time run test is conducted.
